칠상증

The Seven Damages Syndrome

1 虛損之疾, 生自五勞, 卽生六極, 復生七傷. 一曰, 陰寒. ○二曰, 陰痿. ○三曰, 裏急. ○四曰, 精漏. ○五曰, 精少. ○六曰, 精淸. ○七曰, 小便數. 又一曰, 陰汗. ○二曰, 精寒. ○三曰, 精淸. ○四曰, 精少. ○五曰, 囊下濕痒. ○六曰, 小便澁數. ○七曰, 夜夢陰人. 其病皆小便赤熱, 或如鍼刺. 《入門》

허손으로 인한 질병은 오로에서 생겨 육극이 생기고, 다시 칠상이 생긴다. 첫째는 음부가 차가운 것이고, 둘째는 음경이 발기되지 않는 것이고, 셋째는 뱃속이 당기는 것이고, 넷째는 정이 새는 것이고, 다섯째는 정이 부족한 것이고, 여섯째는 정이 진하지 않은 것이고, 일곱째는 소변이 잦은 것이다. 혹 첫째는 음부에 땀이 나는 것이고, 둘째는 정이 차가운 것이고, 셋째는 정이 진하지 않은 것이고, 넷째는 정이 부족한 것이고, 다섯째는 음낭 밑이 습하고 가려운 것이고, 여섯째는 소변이 잘 나오지 않고 잦은 것이고, 일곱째는 꿈에 여자를 보는 것이다. 칠상에는 모두 소변이 벌겋고 열이 나거나 바늘로 찌르듯이 아프다. 《입문》

Consumptive diseases originate from the five fatigues, develop into the six exhaustions, and proceeds to the seven damages. The first is cold genitals, the second impotence, the third tightness in the stomach, the fourth leakage of essence, the fifth lack of essence, the sixth clear essence, and the seventh frequent urination. The first is sweat around the genitals, the second cold essence, the third clear essence, the fourth lack of essence, the fifth dampness and itchiness below the scrotum, the sixth scant and frequent urination, and the seventh seeing women in dreams. In all seven damages, red urine, a fever, and stabbing pain are experienced. 《入門》
