맥법

Diagnosis by Pulse Taking

1 脚氣之脉其狀有四, 浮弦爲風濡弱濕氣, 遲濇因寒洪數熱鬱. 《脉訣》

각기의 맥은 4가지가 있다. 부현(浮弦)한 것은 풍이고, 유약(濡弱)한 것은 습기이다. 지색(遲濇)은 한이고, 홍삭(洪數)은 열울이다. 《맥결》

There are four kinds of the pulses in the case of flaccidity of the lower limbs. A floating and striking-like pulse is wind; soggy and weak pulse is dampness qi, A slow and rough pulse is cold; surging and rapid pulse is heat depression. 《脉訣》

2 微滑者虛, 牢堅者實. 《正傳》

맥이 미활(微滑)한 것은 허증이고, 뇌긴(牢堅)한 것은 실증이다. 《정전》

A faint and slippery pulse is weakness; firm and tight pulse is excessiveness. 《正傳》

3 脚氣之脉, 浮爲風, 緊爲寒, 緩細爲濕, 洪數爲熱. 又曰, 沈而弦者爲風, 沈而緊者爲寒, 沈細爲濕, 沈數爲熱. 《三回》

각기의 맥이 부(浮)한 것은 풍이고, 긴(緊)한 것은 한이다. 완세(緩細)한 것은 습이고, 홍삭(洪數)한 것은 열이다. 또, "맥이 침현(沈弦)한 것은 풍이고, 침긴(沈緊)한 것은 한이다. 침세(沈細)한 것은 습이고, 침삭(沈數)한 것은 열이다"라고 하였다. 《삼회》

A floating pulse on flaccidity of the lower limbs is wind, and slippery pulse is cold. A moderate and fine one is dampness, and a surging and rapid one is heat. Also, it is said "A sunken and striking-like pulse is wind, and a sunken and slippery one is cold. A sunken and fine pulse is dampness, and a sunken and rapid one is heat." 《三回》

4 脾脉緩甚痿厥. 《內經》

비맥(脾脉)이 심하게 완(緩)하면 다리에 힘이 빠진다[痿厥]. 《내경》

When the spleen pulse is severely moderate, the legs becomes powerless(痿厥). 《內經》

5 尺脉虛弱, 緩濇而緊, 病爲足痛, 或是痿病. 《脉訣》

척맥이 허약(虛弱)하고 완색(緩濇)하면서 긴(緊)하면 족통이 있거나 위병(痿病)이 있다. 《맥결》

When the Cheok pulse is deficient, weak, moderate, rough and tight, the patient has foot pain or a wilting disease. 《脉訣》

6 痿脉, 多浮而大. 《子和》

위병(痿病)의 맥은 대부분 부(浮)하면서 대(大)하다. 《자화》

The pulse of a wilting disease is mostly floating and large. 《子和》

7 診人痿躄, 其脉虛者生, 緊急疾者死. 《脉經》

위벽(痿躄)을 진찰할 때 맥이 허(虛)하면 살고 긴급(緊急)하면 죽는다. 《맥경》

When examining leg flaccidity, the patient lives if the pulse is vacuous and dies if it is slippery and fast. 《脉經》
